Data Deletion Instructions

1 Scope

This page applies to personal data that ActsOne Vietnam controls, including:

• Information you submit directly through forms on www.actsone.vn (contact, diagnosis, partnership, career inquiries)
• Information obtained from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) when you connect a Meta account to one of our applications using Meta Login or the Meta Graph API
• Information stored by ActsOne Vietnam internal tools and the SynergyOne platform on your behalf

2 Data We May Hold

Depending on how you have interacted with ActsOne Vietnam, we may hold one or more of the following:

• Profile data from Meta: Public profile (name, profile picture, Meta user ID), email address (if granted), and Page or Instagram Business Account identifiers you have authorized
• Page / Account insights: Aggregated metrics, posts, comments, and media that you have explicitly authorized our application to read in order to provide marketing or analytics services
• Form submissions: Name, company, email, phone number, message content, and any business information you submitted
• Technical logs: Authentication tokens, request logs, and timestamps required to operate the integration

We do not store passwords from your Meta account, and we never share Meta-derived data with advertising networks or data brokers.

3 How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to support@actsone.vn with the following information so we can correctly identify your records:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• The email address or phone number you used when contacting us, or the Meta account name / user ID associated with the integration
• A short description of the data you want deleted (for example: "all data", "form submission from March 2026", "Meta integration data only")
• Confirmation that you are the owner of the account or have authority to make the request

4 Revoking Meta App Permissions

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to one of our applications, you can revoke our application's access at any time directly from your Meta account. Revoking access stops any further data collection by our application.

Facebook:

• Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
• Find the ActsOne Vietnam application in the list of "Active" apps
• Click "Remove" to revoke access

Instagram (via the connected Facebook Business account):

• Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
• Locate the ActsOne Vietnam application and click "Remove"

Removing the application from your Meta account does not automatically delete the data we have already stored. To request deletion of that stored data, please follow the steps in Section 3.

5 Processing Time and Confirmation

We will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address from which the request was made. After deletion, the data cannot be recovered.

6 Data We May Be Required to Retain

Certain data may be retained after a deletion request to comply with Vietnamese law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or fulfill legitimate business obligations. Examples include:

• Commercial records required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law (typically up to 10 years)
• Records relating to ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory investigations
• Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you personally

Where we are required to retain data, we will inform you of the legal basis and will continue to protect that data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
